The Evans Company manufactures small parts, up to 2" long, with O.D.s 0.045" to 2.000" and wall thicknesses 0.004" to 0.060".

We meet specs to 0.0001" in common metals and in Inconel, Kovar, niobium, tantalum and both 300 and 400 series stainless steel.

Drawn of exotic as well as common metals, Evans parts are used as intricate housings and tiny connector components, shells, tubular pins, feed-throughs, ferrules, cans, caps and cable crimp sleeves.

Our engineers assist in materials selection and development. Include them in concept discussions and they will help create parts that add to product value and minimize cost.

Product testing and material analysis is performed at forming, secondary and final production stages.

Our products are fully certified and are 100% traceable to meet the requirements of our quality control system. When appropriate, material shipments are accompanied by test results of chemical and mechanical properties.
